BIOGRAPHY : A Ludwig enthusiast and collector, Eamon Ferris, Belfast based drummer and percussionist, began to take an interest in music from an early age, acquiring his first bodhran at just 9 years old. 

Whilst studying a degree in Music, he also began playing professionally, and has continued in this last decade to travel extensively throughout Europe, Scandanvia, North Africa and North America with Grainne Duffy, as a permanent member of her touring band, as well as featuring on her recorded material.

Eamon’s sound encapsulates facets of Roots, Rock, Americana and R&B, with his influences drawn from such artists as Bernard Purdie, Steve Gadd, Richie Hayward, Levon Helm, Clyde Stubblefield, Brian Downey, Zigaboo Modieliste and John Bonham.  

Eamon is currently focusing on the exploration and recording of Electronica, Jazz and Hiphop, with various Northern Irish producers and vocalists, whilst remaining a busy working live musician.
