BIOGRAPHY : Ben Niblett started playing drums when he was 12. By the time he was 16, he had enrolled at Tech Music School London and ranked in the top 15 at the Young Drummer of the Year competition. He finished Tech at 18 and have since been recording and performing with artist including : Peter Andre, Susan Boyle, Ed Drewett, Jamie T, Baxter Dury, The Vaccines, Spector, LULS, Whinnie Williams, Alan Pownall, Stevie Appleton and Operahouse. He is now in the new and upcoming band Desert Planes an indie band from London. With emotive, upbeat songs and a captivating live performance they have secured plays and support from BBC Introducing, BBC London and Radio X and with new music coming out very soon they are a band to look out for.
